Nobody's Perfect..........Dear Dad Day 51

Dear Dad,

Today I was encouraged by a devotional I read, that went right along with many concerns I have been facing this week. It is easy to get caught up in the world’s microscope, that we wait until we appear flawless to others before we do what You have called us to do. What a crazy demand we place on ourselves, that we can’t even fulfill. No one is flawless, but we believe a God who is. Therefore only You can smooth us out and make us right, in the mean time we must do what You say when You say it. It is quite rebellious to wait until we appear flawless, simply because that day may never come (FORGIVE US). Despite what anyone has to say, and I mean ANYONE, what You have called for us to do individually must be done ASAP and without delay. Trusting You in the process, will change us. After all You are our Father….. You WILL CORRECT US. There is no need to put off tomorrow what we need to be doing today, because tomorrow ain’t guaranteed. I was encouraged by this revelation, so I decided to share it with my brothers and sisters in You.

Read this below, a snapshot of wonderful leaders who had amazing gifts given by God and used them despite the odds. Be encouraged. Nobody’s Perfect, but everyone has a perfect plan for their lives~ identify your struggles, work on them & strive to be a better person daily, let God do the changing, and do what God has told you to do NOW!!

Word on The Go: Ephesians 2: 8-10
8 God saved you by his grace when you believed. And you can’t take credit for this; it is a gift from God. Salvation is not a reward for the good things we have done, so none of us can boast about it. 10 For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago.
