Trip Down Memory Lane......Dear Dad Day 57

Dear Dad,

Often times you take us back to a familiar place so we can gain something different from the experience. Regardless if that familiar place was one of danger, sadness, confusion, happiness, total bliss, or excitement, taking us back provides an opportunity for us to see things differently. Careful not to confuse our desire to go back with  Your prompting, grants us the insight needed to identify our purpose there. It may be to apologize to someone, it maybe to encourage someone, going back to a familiar place maybe the very move we need to realize that we never want to go back there again, however help us to take advantage of  the wisdom pruned from that familiar place. The same with familiar people, especially the people who we know we have no business around, or that have no business in our space, help us to understand that point of which we can easily recognize that familiarity and make the decision to sever the association. Pop ups of familiar people and familiar places provide us an opportunity to prove growth and strength, not to verify a stunted mentality unveiling our weakness. Help us to yearn for growth daily, to the point where we hate even the thought of a possible decline!

Thank You for showing me that familiar place/person!

Word on The Go:
Daniel 12:10 James 1:5-8;13
10 Many will be purified, cleansed, and refined by these trials. But the wicked will continue in their wickedness, and none of them will understand. Only those who are wise will know what it means.

James 1
5 If you need wisdom, ask our generous God, and he will give it to you. He will not rebuke you for asking. 6 But when you ask him, be sure that your faith is in God alone. Do not waver, for a person with divided loyalty is as unsettled as a wave of the sea that is blown and tossed by the wind. 7 Such people should not expect to receive anything from the Lord. 8 Their loyalty is divided between God and the world, and they are unstable in everything they do. And remember, when you are being tempted, do not say, “God is tempting me.” God is never tempted to do wrong,[c] and he never tempts anyone else. 14 Temptation comes from our own desires, which entice us and drag us away.

Operation De-Clutter.........Dear Dad Day 56

Dear Dad,

I really enjoy spending time with You. Forgive me for neglecting our personal time for so many years. I can remember fleeing from Your voice when I heard You speak certain commands like “don’t go there”, “the time is now”, “you are supposed to be doing this”, “cut this person off”, “this friendship is only for a season”, “watch out”, etc. You definitely speak.... so there is no way I can truly say “I didn’t know”. I have grown to value Your words and anticipate Your voice daily. I have found the more I declutter the louder Your voice is in my heart. Decluttering first starts with me. I have to be intentional about allotting time in my day for You, and wait quietly to hear Your voice. Just like I brush my teeth, spending time with You is next on the agenda. Secondly, I have to disassociate myself from anything clouding my ability to hear from You. Once I got real with myself, many things I liked to do, many places I liked to go, and many people I liked to talk to had to be minimized so You could be maximized. Lastly, I had to move boldly in Your direction. I often hated on people who said they could hear from You. I swore up and down they were delusional and/or crazy..... until now I can identify with those crazy people. Over the last month You have told me so much stuff: good stuff, bad, stuff, stuff I didn’t want to hear, stuff that has overwhelmed me extremely.... and so on. I realize that this has happened 100% because I made the decision to be intentional about our relationship, and declutter my life with garbage that interferes with our connection. I can now proudly add, sitting at the feet of Jesus as one thing I enjoy most about day.

Word on The Go: Psalms 27: 4-5; Psalms 37:5-7; Psalms 119: 113-120; Lamentations 3: 25-27; Matthew 6:6; James 4: 7-10 (The Message)

Psalms 27:4-5

4 I'm asking God for one thing, only one thing: To live with him in his house my whole life long.I'll contemplate his beauty; I'll study at his feet 5 That's the only quiet, secure place in a noisy world, The perfect getaway, far from the buzz of traffic.

Psalms 37:5-7
5-6 Open up before God, keep nothing back; he'll do whatever needs to be done: He'll validate your life in the clear light of day and stamp you with approval at high noon. 7 Quiet down before God, be prayerful before him. Don't bother with those who climb the ladder, who elbow their way to the top.

 Psalm 119:113-120
I hate the two-faced, but I love your clear-cut revelation. You're my place of quiet retreat; I wait for your Word to renew me. Get out of my life, evildoers, so I can keep my God's commands. Take my side as you promised; I'll live then for sure. Don't disappoint all my grand hopes. Stick with me and I'll be all right; I'll give total allegiance to your definitions of life. Expose all who drift away from your sayings; their casual idolatry is lethal. You reject earth's wicked as so much rubbish; therefore I lovingly embrace everything you say. I shiver in awe before you; your decisions leave me speechless with reverence

Lamentations 3:25-27
God proves to be good to the man who passionately waits, to the woman who diligently seeks. It's a good thing to quietly hope, quietly hope for help from God. It's a good thing when you're young to stick it out through the hard times

Matthew 6:6
"Here's what I want you to do: Find a quiet, secluded place so you won't be tempted to role-play before God. Just be there as simply and honestly as you can manage. The focus will shift from you to God, and you will begin to sense his grace.

James 4:7-10
So let God work his will in you. Yell a loud no to the Devil and watch him scamper. Say a quiet
yes to God and he'll be there in no time. Quit dabbling in sin. Purify your inner life. Quit playing the field. Hit bottom, and cry your eyes out. The fun and games are over. Get serious, really serious. Get down on your knees before the Master; it's the only way you'll get on your feet

Today Can Only Get Better..........Dear Dad Day 55

Dear Dad,

I am expecting Your greatness to manifest in my life today. As the day goes on I declare peace, happiness, safety, and growth. This is the day You have made, and I choose to be glad about it and be as productive as possible, honoring You with my life. I realize that it’s by Your choice that I am here, so I will live out today with total gratitude, humbled that You decided to let me see today. Use me in my actions, speech, and non verbal cues to show Your love towards myself and others. I will not be prompted by self or the enemy to act outside of godly character, take part in gossip, or succumb to laziness. Life and death lies in the tongue so today I speak life in my relationships, my bank account, my body, my purpose, and my future. Words cannot express the level of thankfulness that I possess knowing that You chose me to live life today. Thank You for the opportunity.

Word on The Go: 1 Thessalonians 1:11-12
Because we know that this extraordinary day is just ahead, we pray for you all the time—pray that our God will make you fit for what he's called you to be, pray that he'll fill your good ideas and acts of faith with his own energy so that it all amounts to something. If your life honors the name of Jesus, he will honor you. Grace is behind and through all of this, our God giving himself freely, the Master, Jesus Christ, giving himself freely.

Not Cool 2 BreakThe Rules.........Dear Dad Day 54

Dear Dad,

Abiding by rules is probably one of the most difficult concepts for people to understand. When we drive, we often go a tab bit over the limit, if a dress code policy is in place we have to find a way to push the buttons by adding our own “UMPH” to it, we take more than one peppermint from the courtesy candy bowl at our favorite establishments, and so on. Today I am challenged to move forward in life, abiding by rules; moreover Your rules.  A person shows their maturity by their proven ability to abide by and uphold rules.  As Your daughter/(son) help me to honor Your rules in my heart. Not limiting our relationship to the printed 10 commandments (which is a great go-to resource by the way), help me to listen as You speak to me daily. Help me to stay put when You say so, shut up when You command, speak when prompted, leave people alone when You say walk away, and everything else You tell me to do. Rules is such a strong word that is often viewed negatively, but I can truly see the positivity that the word “Rules” exudes. First, rules are designed to keep us safe, rules are established to create boundaries to avoid thee unnecessary, rules maintain order but still leave ample room for freedom and enjoyment, rules protect, rules cover, and rules established shows the level of love from the establisher. Dad, You are the ultimate establisher and Your love for me triumphs all. Help me to be obedient and focused on Your rules, and see the beauty in Your Order!

Join me in my August 26, 2012 Declaration~ Father, help (insert name) to abide by the personalized rules You have created for ME!

Word on The Go: 1 Timothy 4: 13; 15-16
13Teach believers with your life: by word, by demeanor, by love, by faith, by integrity. Stay at your post reading Scripture, giving counsel, teaching 15-16Cultivate these things. Immerse yourself in them. The people will all see you mature right before their eyes! Keep a firm grasp on both your character and your teaching. Don't be diverted. Just keep at it. Both you and those who hear you will experience salvation.

Keep Going......Dear Dad Day 53

Dear Dad,

I have learned in life despite all that goes on around me I must keep going. I can’t afford to look back, stop, or have a seat, I must keep going. I can’t listen to those doubtful voices that contradict what You say, I must tune them out and keep going. If I can’t, I better learn to walk and talk, praying to You the whole way while I keep going. What good does it do me to stay upset, worry, or quit, my density is ahead of me,  I must keep going. It will also be a good idea for me to watch those road signs, and if they say  “keep going”, well I must keep on going. But the ones that say “wrong way”, “danger ahead”, without delay I’ll drop my bags and turn the other way, and keep going.  Some people may laugh and have many negative things to say, with You on my side I know I can face the day, and still keep going. You have everything already planned out, as long as I keep going, watching You work and hearing Your voice gives me fuel to continue the path, and keep going. Today I declare that it’s too late to turn back now, I know the road I’m on and I know what You have said, despite all odds and all that is against me, I MUST STILL KEEP GOING!

Word on The Go: Hebrews 12: 1-3
1-3Do you see what this means—all these pioneers who blazed the way, all these veterans cheering us on? It means we'd better get on with it. Strip down, start running—and never quit! No extra spiritual fat, no parasitic sins. Keep your eyes on Jesus, who both began and finished this race we're in. Study how he did it. Because he never lost sight of where he was headed—that exhilarating finish in and with God—he could put up with anything along the way: Cross, shame, whatever. And now he's there, in the place of honor, right alongside God. When you find yourselves flagging in your faith, go over that story again, item by item, that long litany of hostility he plowed through. That will shoot adrenaline into your souls!

Joining Forces.......Dear Dad Day 52

Dear Dad,

You have filled the world with some pretty amazing people. Some I have the pleasure of being in contact with regularly, and others I have yet to meet. First I would like to thank You for blessing me enough to experience the life story of some of Your greatest masterpieces. I pray blessings over their lives that they become better men and women daily, strong and consistent family members, and encouraging friends. Pour out your unconditional love on them and keep them safe as they live life, making Your presence known in their lives. I pray that the type relationship You and I share, fosters in their daily lives. Next I want to thank You for the great people I have yet to meet. Cover them with Your blood and protect them from hurt, harm, and danger. Give them strength when they are weak, and a strong voice when needed. Today I declare, a mergence of Your people all over the world, so  we can build alliances with like minded men and women, making Your name great. In addition, I pray that we can strengthen one another, and become added benefits for each other solely based upon ordained association. I know without a doubt that You are the Ultimate Merger. So shine your light Daddy, REAL bright on those of us who love You so the world can wonder who we are, and what we have in our lives that they need. Well that answer is You, and I’m so blessed to have You in me.

Kristen

Word on The Go: Matthew 5: 3-10;  13-16
3You're blessed when you're at the end of your rope. With less of you there is more of God and his rule. 4"You're blessed when you feel you've lost what is most dear to you. Only then can you be embraced by the One most dear to you. 5"You're blessed when you're content with just who you are—no more, no less. That's the moment you find yourselves proud owners of everything that can't be bought.6"You're blessed when you've worked up a good appetite for God. He's food and drink in the best meal you'll ever eat. 7"You're blessed when you care. At the moment of being 'care-full,' you find yourselves cared for.8"You're blessed when you get your inside world—your mind and heart—put right. Then you can see God in the outside world. 9"You're blessed when you can show people how to cooperate instead of compete or fight. That's when you discover who you really are, and your place in God's family.10"You're blessed when your commitment to God provokes persecution. The persecution drives you even deeper into God's kingdom.
13"Let me tell you why you are here. You're here to be salt-seasoning that brings out the God-flavors of this earth. If you lose your saltiness, how will people taste godliness? You've lost your usefulness and will end up in the garbage.14-16"Here's another way to put it: You're here to be light, bringing out the God-colors in the world. God is not a secret to be kept. We're going public with this, as public as a city on a hill. If I make you light-bearers, you don't think I'm going to hide you under a bucket, do you? I'm putting you on a light stand. Now that I've put you there on a hilltop, on a light stand—shine! Keep open house; be generous with your lives. By opening up to others, you'll prompt people to open up with God, this generous Father in heaven.

Nobody's Perfect..........Dear Dad Day 51

Dear Dad,

Today I was encouraged by a devotional I read, that went right along with many concerns I have been facing this week. It is easy to get caught up in the world’s microscope, that we wait until we appear flawless to others before we do what You have called us to do. What a crazy demand we place on ourselves, that we can’t even fulfill. No one is flawless, but we believe a God who is. Therefore only You can smooth us out and make us right, in the mean time we must do what You say when You say it. It is quite rebellious to wait until we appear flawless, simply because that day may never come (FORGIVE US). Despite what anyone has to say, and I mean ANYONE, what You have called for us to do individually must be done ASAP and without delay. Trusting You in the process, will change us. After all You are our Father….. You WILL CORRECT US. There is no need to put off tomorrow what we need to be doing today, because tomorrow ain’t guaranteed. I was encouraged by this revelation, so I decided to share it with my brothers and sisters in You.

Read this below, a snapshot of wonderful leaders who had amazing gifts given by God and used them despite the odds. Be encouraged. Nobody’s Perfect, but everyone has a perfect plan for their lives~ identify your struggles, work on them & strive to be a better person daily, let God do the changing, and do what God has told you to do NOW!!

Word on The Go: Ephesians 2: 8-10
8 God saved you by his grace when you believed. And you can’t take credit for this; it is a gift from God. Salvation is not a reward for the good things we have done, so none of us can boast about it. 10 For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago.

Ring the Alarm......Dear Dad Day 50

Dear Dad,

As I prepare for the week ahead I realize that it is imperative for not only me, but all Your children to seek Your voice. You speak daily and there is no need for us to walk in confusion, frustration, self pity,  self doubt, anxiety, or depression. You have a promise for each one of us. Help us to begin opening our hearts this week to hear what You say, so we can live fulfilled lives. I pray that we stop going here and there, to people, places, and activities to occupy our lives and listen to You. With that, help us develop patience, a calming in knowing that what You said, You will do, when You want to. Regardless of what we think, Your promise can’t come at any better time than the time when You decide to ring the alarm.

Ring the Alarm Daddy,
Kristen

Word On The Go: Ephesians 3:14-20 (NLT)
When I think of all this, I fall to my knees and pray to the Father,15 the Creator of everything in heaven and on earth.16 I pray that from his glorious, unlimited resources he will empower you with inner strength through his Spirit.17 Then Christ will make his home in your hearts as you trust in him. Your roots will grow down into God’s love and keep you strong. 18 And may you have the power to understand, as all God’s people should, how wide, how long, how high, and how deep his love is. 19 May you experience the love of Christ, though it is too great to understand fully. Then you will be made complete with all the fullness of life and power that comes from God.20 Now all glory to God, who is able, through his mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think.

Take it 24hrs at a Time......Dear Dad Day 49

Dear Dad,

The more and more I live, the more and more stuff and things I have to do. We live in a planned society: meetings, work, meetings at work, family, events, birthdays, weddings, planning, planning, planning and shall I say it again PLANNING. I can relate because I am truly a planner, but as I grow as a person I realize the importance of taking life 24hrs at a time. *Seize the moment* As some may say, because tomorrow is not promised. Most importantly all of the worries that are associated with the days ahead does not add any value to my life. Being concerned with all the what-ifs of this world can drive a person crazy, and I know that’s not Your intention for our lives. Help me to take in and absorb the beauty of each day. Help me to see Your handiwork; whether it’s acknowledging the sunshine, or recognizing the importance of rainfall. Regardless, this is a new day that You have given me to start over, right some wrongs, help somebody, grow intentionally, and most importantly understand & get closer to You. I recognize the opportunity You afford me daily to grow in You and I embrace that. There is absolutely no need to rush through life, wonder & worry about tomorrow, or get so caught up about the future that I forget about today. You made each day, and I not only thank You for it, but I fully embrace everything each day brings.

August 17, 2012, a day like no other. Thank You!
Kristen

Word On The Go: Matthew 6:34;  Proverbs 27:1; 1 Peter 1: 3-5

Matthew

34 “So don’t worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring its own worries. Today’s trouble is enough for today.

Proverbs

1Don’t brag about tomorrow,
since you don’t know what the day will bring.

1 Peter
3-5What a God we have! And how fortunate we are to have him, this Father of our Master Jesus! Because Jesus was raised from the dead, we've been given a brand-new life and have everything to live for, including a future in heaven—and the future starts now! God is keeping careful watch over us and the future. The Day is coming when you'll have it all—life healed and whole.

P.S~ I love this about You: I can call out to You for help and You help—You are such a good Father that way. But I won’t forget, You’re also a responsible Father, and won't let me get by with sloppy living. (1Peter 1:17)

Smile....It's Ok......................Dear Dad Day 48

Dear Dad,

I have learned to keep a smile on my face during all adversities. What good does it do for me to frown? If I can’t think of any reason to smile I have life. I am still here despite all of the things that could have taken me out. Every time I get into my car, I return home, when I’m out and about you have kept me safe, so for that I smile. Some days are better than others, some things work out faster than others, but nonetheless I smile. I am even thankful for the ability to smile, the ability to walk, talk, move, etc. When things look impossible I have learned that It’s best to start thanking You for everything You’ve made possible. Besides nothing is too impossible for You, so I have no reason to do anything other than smile! It’s a  new day, a new opportunity, and a new chance for me to grow, become better, and learn from whatever circumstances I face. Today I smile………REAL BIG!!!!

Word on The Go: Romans 5: 3-5
3There's more to come: We continue to shout our praise even when we're hemmed in with troubles, because we know how troubles can develop passionate patience in us, and how that patience in turn forges the tempered steel of virtue, keeping us alert for whatever God will do next. In alert expectancy such as this, we're never left feeling shortchanged. Quite the contrary—we can't round up enough containers to hold everything God generously pours into our lives through the Holy Spirit!

How Bad Do You Want It.......Dear Dad Day 47

Dear Dad,

I have to often ask myself “How bad do I want IT” and exactly what “IT” is? I have struggled with defining “IT” for over a year now. At first I thought “IT” was being a psychologist, “IT” was being an author, “IT” was being a motivational speaker, “IT” was being a wife,  and You know I can go on and on sharing my many passions and desires to do & be almost EVERTHING. Lol Paying attention to many blog sites about “getting what you want”, watching countless people who have reached “success” attempt to educate the unsuccessful on ways to gain success, sermons preached by well respected pastors lending advice on “getting IT”  have all left me more confused on what my “IT” is and still questioning, “how bad should I want this unidentified “IT” again? Sometimes my “IT” was real deep, concerning passions and callings; other times my “IT” was real materialist and self gratifying like: a new wardrobe, car, or more money. Recently I was forced to truly seek out what my “IT”  was, question why my “IT” constantly changed, and my motives behind attainting “IT”.

The answer came to me so plainly and seemed so easy. I almost felt dumb when you whispered, and it truly registered  to me sometime last week. My "IT" is YOU! WOW that seems so easy, but when I settled  my emotions, separated my confusion, and embraced Your answer I realized that in order for me to attain "IT" I have to let go of all my little ideas about my future. The determination to get or hold onto  what I want (both now & in the future), who I want and why, what I have acquired, and that list that goes the LONG WAY  about my perceived needs and wants has to be demolished. OUCH a Real Truth! This truth is not popular but today I realize that in order to attain “IT”, in order for me to fully answer how bad I want “IT”, I have to give myself totally away and let You answer, fulfill, and  reveal the fullness of  “IT” in MY personal life.

WOWZIERS………… Signed
Kristen

Word On The Go: Matthew 6: 1-10; 33-34 (The Message)

1 "Be especially careful when you are trying to be good so that you don't make a performance out of it. It might be good theater, but the God who made you won't be applauding. 2-4"When you do something for someone else, don't call attention to yourself. You've seen them in action, I'm sure—'playactors' I call them— treating prayer meeting and street corner alike as a stage, acting compassionate as long as someone is watching, playing to the crowds. They get applause, true, but that's all they get. When you help someone out, don't think about how it looks. Just do it—quietly and unobtrusively. That is the way your God, who conceived you in love, working behind the scenes, helps you out.  5"And when you come before God, don't turn that into a theatrical production either. All these people making a regular show out of their prayers, hoping for stardom! Do you think God sits in a box seat?  6"Here's what I want you to do: Find a quiet, secluded place so you won't be tempted to role-play before God. Just be there as simply and honestly as you can manage. The focus will shift from you to God, and you will begin to sense his grace.  7-10"The world is full of so-called prayer warriors who are prayer-ignorant. They're full of formulas and programs and advice, peddling techniques for getting what you want from God. Don't fall for that nonsense. This is your Father you are dealing with, and he knows better than you what you need.

33Steep your life in God-reality, God-initiative, God-provisions. Don't worry about missing out. You'll find all your everyday human concerns will be met. 34"Give your entire attention to what God is doing right now, and don't get worked up about what may or may not happen tomorrow. God will help you deal with whatever hard things come up when the time comes.

Pure Heart ......Dear Dad Day 46

Dear Dad,

Search me, find out my inner motives, and reveal them to me. I am so afraid to operate outside Your will so I want to make certain that all my motives are pure and intended to fulfill a bigger mission. Wipe away all desires for self gratification, self praise, urge to belong to a particular group, social recognition, etc and give me motives for living right with You. It is easy to get caught up in societal norms and expectations of fame and fortune, but none of that compares to the treasures You have already allocated for my inheritance. Have Your way in my life, replace any sense of value associated with things, stuff, and people with the undeniable knowing that my sole value lies in You. My desire is to be a pure woman (or man or male readers), in mind, body, and intent; morally sound, ethically standing, and living to please You and serve others. This is my ultimate desire.  ~ Amen

Word On The Go: Jeremiah 17: 9-10

9“The human heart is the most deceitful of all things, and desperately wicked. Who really knows how bad it is? 10 But I, the Lord, search all hearts and examine secret motives. I give all people their due rewards, according to what their actions deserve.”

He Got This 1 In The Bag......Dear Dad Day 45

Dear Dad,

I had to let You know how much I love You. I know that You have the absolute best for me, and as I seek Your face for specifics, I do pray that You filter my request and align them with Yours. Nevertheless I praise You in advance for all You are doing, for listening to my prayers, for guiding me, correcting me, and connecting me with the people You have for me. Your perfect will is already done in my life, I trust You and I love You. I thank You for my desires but most importantly I pray that they are aligned with You. I’m too amp’ed off Your goodness, miracles, signs, and wonders. You haven’t failed me thus far & I love you papa.

Word On The Go: Psalms 20
In times of trouble, may the Lord answer your cry. May the name of the God of Jacob keep you safe from all harm. 2 May he send you help from his sanctuary and strengthen you from Jerusalem. 3 May he remember all your gifts and look favorably on your burnt offerings.
                                                                         Interlude
4 May he grant your heart’s desires and make all your plans succeed. 5 May we shout for joy when we hear of your victory and raise a victory banner in the name of our God. May the Lord answer all your prayers. 6 Now I know that the Lord rescues his anointed king. He will answer him from his holy heaven and rescue him by his great power. 7 Some nations boast of their chariots and horses, but we boast in the name of the Lord our God. 8 Those nations will fall down and collapse, but we will rise up and stand firm. 9 Give victory to our king, O Lord! Answer our cry for help

Living my Life Because It's Golden.....Dear Dad Day 44

Dear Dad,

I see You working in me and it’s so far greater than anything that I could ever do, and  anything that I could ever imagine. On so many levels I see growth, maturity, and understanding, patience, and most importantly peace. You are so right when You said those who are in need can run to You and are safe. I see the years I wasted trying to figure things out my way, which ultimately turned out to be a total bust. I am eager to see the lasting results yielded from doing things Your way, in comparison to doing them my way. I already know it’s going to be epic. Thank You for the gifts of purpose, passion, and destiny in conjunction with Your grace and Your mercy. Today I have never smiled so radiantly, both inward and outward at Your goodness and faithfulness towards me. I am overwhelmed and so very thankful to be your child.

Word on The Go: Psalms 118: 19-29 (NIV)
19 Open for me the gates where the righteous enter, and I will go in and thank the Lord. 20 These gates lead to the presence of the Lord  and the godly enter there.21 I thank you for answering my prayer  and giving me victory! 22 The stone that the builders rejected has now become the cornerstone. 23 This is the Lord’s doing and it is wonderful to see. 24 This is the day the Lord has made. We will rejoice and be glad in it. 25 Please, Lord, please save us. Please, Lord, please give us success. 26 Bless the one who comes in the name of the Lord. We bless you from the house of the Lord. 27 The Lord is God, shining upon us.
Take the sacrifice and bind it with cords on the altar. 28 You are my God, and I will praise you!   You are my God, and I will exalt you! 29 Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good! His faithful love endures forever.
